Pediatric Resident Named To National Child Abuse, Neglect Committee INDIANAPOLIS -- Jonathan Thackeray, M.D., a third-year resident at the
Indiana University School of Medicine, has been selected to represent
residents nationwide on the American Academy of Pediatrics Section
on Child Abuse and Neglect. This section is dedicated to preventing, identifying and treating child
abuse and neglect through education and legislative initiatives. Dr. Thackeray is completing a combined internal medicine/pediatrics residency
and is chief resident for the 2003-2004 academic year. At the completion
of his residency, he will begin a fellowship in child abuse and neglect
at the University of Cincinnati. He attended medical school at the Medical
